🎮 Want to Exchange or Return a Product? It's Easy in 3 Steps!

At RetroGames4U, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If something isn’t quite right, exchanging or returning your product is quick and hassle-free. Just follow the three simple steps below:

📝 Step 1: Fill Out the Return Form

Go to the return form from our website and fill it out completely. Be sure to include:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you want to return or exchange

• The reason for the return

This helps us process your request as quickly as possible.

📦 Step 2: Send the Product Back

Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include the completed return form.
Send the package to the return address listed on the form.

✅ Please use a shipping method with Track & Trace so you can track your return.
🚚 Return shipping costs are at your own expense, and you are responsible for the safe arrival of the package.

💸 Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
